Ncn’ean Distillery

0 / 5

One of the youngest distilleries in Scotland, Ncn’ean Distillery was established in 2017 and is Scotland’s first organic distillery. Ncn’ean is the abbreviation of Neachneohain.

This distillery is located in Drimnin, a community in the west brink of Scotland, just overlooking the ‘Sound of Mull.’

The distillery was named after the Gaelic Queen Spirit ‘Neachneohain’ who was a huntress and protector of all of nature. These accolades are an inspiration and are expressed in the distillery’s whiskies.

A visit to this distillery and you will be opportune to take in the charm of the ‘Sound of Mull’.

The distillery’s tours involve up to 15 persons per batch and you will be given cupcakes or cocktails as well as lunch. It is special for Tobermory visitors who may be coming in via water taxi.

Tours of this distillery must be booked in advance. Also, children under twelve years are not allowed here.
